Re: exhaust install its all bolt on. easy to do. I backed my car onto some ramps I have at home. |
Re: exhaust install you may need a powersaw to cut off the stock exhaust |

I wouldnt invest in new cats unless you are getting LT headers with a new Y. They are pricy and dont offer gains for the money on stock exhaust. |
Re: exhaust install Jamie's right, if your looking for hp gain you'll need LTs. I had to cut my exaust off to install my Hooker catback. Good Luck. :usa: |
Re: exhaust install And some WD-40 to get the stock muffler hanger out of that rubber piece on the drivers side. |
Re: exhaust install i just had my magnaflows installed this weekend :D. mine needed a bit of cutting and adjusting only cuz of my custom Y. i need a flange welded on the I pipe to fit the Y pipe but i dont think you'll need that. we just raised the rear end with a floor jack pretty high to get enough clearance to work under. chalked the front wheels and had it on jack stands. installation was pretty easy and the setup looks great, 3.5" stainless steel pipes are bad ass. we spot welded the connections and used the clamps that came with the kit. you can hear sound clips of my set from the link in my sig. when its all said and done it should look like this: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...8/fb24bc9d.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...1/fb24bc94.jpg |
