98 camaros/ta's intake

Is it true that the 98-99 ls1's came with the ls6 Intake but with a littler cam and the 2000-2002 ls1 came with a littler intake and a bigger cam????

Yep...98-2000 got ls1 intake, slightly larger cam, 01 and 02 got the ls6 intake.
