cam suggestion for 48' Jeep cj2a with 4.8L truck engine

I am installing a 4.8L truck engine in my 48' jeep cj2a with a 4sp stick 4.11 gears and 34" tires. I am sure the engine should perform well for my application stock but I can't leave well enough alone. I am thinking I will have a fairly free flowing intake filter setup as well as headers or at least a corvette manifolds and free flowing exhaust. I would like to install a mild cam that would work well for some extra power while still making decent low end torque for a jeep. The Jeep will be quite light compare to a chevy truck. I should end up in the range of about 2900lbs which is like 2000lbs lighter than most chevy 4x4 trucks like this engine came from. I don't know what the original cam specs out as (probably very mild) but I am thinking that a stock LS1 cam grind would work nice in this application. I would guess a ls6 cam would be too much. Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks.

stock cams from '01-02 fbodies are worth 15hp and will work with the stock valvesprings.

If you want something bigger stick with something 210-220 duration.

Thats the kind of improvement I am looking for. Are the 01'-02' F body ls1 cam grinds different than other ls1? I see a 04' GTO ls1 cam on ebay for $10. Would this cam work OK. I figure a ls1 cam would be a good match for a truck 4.8L with headers and a cold air intake. I don't really want to be changing valve springs and such either. I have been searching the net trying to find what the stock cam specs would be for a 2000 LR4 but can't seem to find anything. I kind of wanted to compare. Thanks.
