I'm thinking of a cam swap....

I'm thinking of changing of my cam from my 224. What do you all suggest? I got pacesetter LT,ls6 1.5 heads, and thinking about tsp torquer v3.

what are your goals, expectations?

are you wanting to swap cams for sound, performance or both?

firefighting1101 Nov 10, 2008 09:26 PM

Go with the tick performance polluter...its a badass cam!

it doesn't really have the pick up I want. I went from the ms4 to the 224 and it was a big change. I basically want more performance and a lil more better sound. Besides the torquer 3 what you think about the f13? By the way it's a 02 m6

Forget the names go custom for what you have and what your goals are, talk to predator z or patrickg or call comp themselves.

Do you have a 408? I would consult an expert ^^^

Yeah why not spend the extra coin and contact a professional cam designer to help you out instead of guessing. You will be MUCH happier in the end!

I don't wanna pay a arm n a leg for that. I can get a torquer 3 for 280 or the f13 for 300 but deffinatly will ask them questions. As for a meeting I'm not sure pm me ur number bro I never got it

Custom cam is not necessarily an arm and a leg. From what I have seen they are available in the $400 range.

that's more then what I want to spend. I know one of those two cams can surely be just what I'm looking for so I guess my new question is which cam would work best with my setup and what's the pros/cons between the torquer 3 and the f13?? Thanks
