One thing to keep in mind is that the iron block best case is good for a 4.060 bore. These Darton sleeves can handle a 4.160 bore.

If one were planning on keeping the stock crank, how big could you go with the Darton sleeves in an "all-bore" setup and still be SAFE ?

Center of bore- center of bore is still the same, 4.160 has a THIN wall when next to the other sleeves.
Some concerns that I dug out of them were getting them to seal There are 2 o-rings on the bottom of the sleeve where it drops in. That failed. They supposedly have 3 orings on them now.
So even if they do have 3....whats going to happen to that oring 2,3,4 years of use? I think that its still going to leak

So we have darton interlocking sleeves and darton press in sleeves. Anybody know the price difference between the darton press in's and interlocking? I also noticed that some prices were given from lingenfelter and have looked up prices for MTI and ARE, now are any of these prices for a block with the interlocking sleeve design or just for the press in style?

JPR, did you have a problem with the LA Sleeves or are you just changing them for the better Darton setup?
A set of the Darton Modular sleeve's cost around $ 1,300.00 compared to the dry sleeve which is typically worth $ 525-600.00. The cost to install the modular is around $ 1,200-1,400.00 . The dry sleeves typically run anywhere from $ 800-$ 1,200.00.
I too would like to see some of these block setups in use!
