Don't have a scanner, but MTI just installed the X1 in my 2002 Z28 yesterday.

Peak hp 389.9 @ 6200 rpms
Peak tq 368.8 @ 4700 rpms
300 lb ft tq @ 2700 until 6500
350 lb ft tq @ 4000 until 5700

Mods are in sig, with your current #s you'd see over 400 rwhp with the X1. Mine picked up an even 50 with the cam & tuning.

You'll love the X1, believe me.

I am not completely understanding this, how did you have two different tq numbers

I assume you meant horsepower for one of those.

look how flat the torque curve is. that's why i love this cam as far as BIG cams go. none of the others make the nice flat torque curve like the TR230. my peak number isn't the highest, but i make 350rwtq from 3200 up on a very conservative tune, all through a 12-bolt with 4.11 gears and no ported throttle body

I just installed the TR 230 last weekend and its just what I was looking for. It has a really mean lope, power across the board, lots of torque and perfect driving manners after tunning. I put down 403 rwhp on stock heads with cats, and if you look at others numbers, most people are right there with his cam, it's proven and it works. In my opinion you can't go wrong with it.

How much advance does the TR230 have ground in? I would love to see a X1 with a 111 LSA, maybe that would flatten out the torque curve a lil more.

the 230 is 0* if i recall right. just got done installing mine, too bad im having some problems

I wasn't clear enough, what I meant was I hit 300 lb ft tq at 2700 rpm and hit 350 lb ft at 4000 rpm. The curve peaked at 368.8 lb ft at 4700, then remained above 350 lb ft until 5700 rpm and above 300 lb ft until shut down at 6500.

Peak HP was 389.9 @ 6200 rpms.

my tuner all but guaranteed me 400+whp with my X1..

i have all botlons, and moser 12 with 4.11 gears..

ill get a video when i do it friday
