Ok, I am looking for some feedback before I order my parts.
A little back ground:
I am building a 1985 C4 corvette with a LS1 and 4L60E. My LS1/4L60E come by way of a wrecked 2001 Z28 with 60K miles. This will be a weekend car that will not spend anytime at the strip or track. I plan on having A/C and want the car to reliable. The only action this car will see is from a rolling start (30 – 70 mph).
Here is what I am thinking:
Stock bottom
243 Heads with lightweight valves
ARP Hex head bolts
The factory LS1 rocker arms (off my LS1)
Factory length rods
GM LS7 lifters
factory head gaskets
TSP Torquer V2 cam
LS1 Double roller timing set
Ported LS6 oil pump
LS6 intake
Coolant crossover pipes
160* Thermostat
Full length headers
Full flow mufflers (no cats)
3500 stall torque converter
Any thought on injectors, throttle body and MAF or will the factory 2001 F-body parts work?
Any guessestimates what kind of RWHP I will get with this setup?
Anything I should change?
I am planning on ordering my parts from Texas Speed and Preformance.
Thanks,

You could get away with the factory LS6 parts and make some nice power...but the FAST 92mm intake combo will definitely help out for the kind of racing you're talking about! We stock the FAST combos with TB starting at $1099 and also offer the ported intakes as well. The stock injectors will likely be plenty for this power level, but if you plan to upgrade the heads or cubes down the road, I'd recommend going ahead and getting into some FAST or Racetronix injectors now so you have room to grow a bit!
