cam lift, valve height questions

i'm pretty familiar w/ this w/ sbc's but i'm building a motor for my buddy's gto and i'm wondering how much cam lift can i run w/ the stock valve height before needing to go w/ +100's

I'm not exactly sure but it's gonna be be somewhere near .700" of lift. You just need to get a dual spring setup that comes with the correct retainers and seals.
