Guy I bought a set of ETP ported 5.3 heads ($$$) from had them on his 383. Said he had 11:1, a 242-248 112 cam in a 3400lb car he ran 10.6's. Dynoed over 500 rwhp in a stalled auto. Seems like those 383s work pretty good.

Modified oil pump & oil system
228 232 camshaft
JP double row timing chain
Trick Flow Heads 220cc
Double valve springs
Comp 850 lifters
Moly Pushrods
Yella terra Rockers
25% UDP
FAST 90mm Manifold
Nick Williams TB
ARP head bolts
Cometic head gaskets

New Clutch to suit, salve, spigots

Have already 1/34 pacemaker 4in1s, 2.5 exhaust OTRCAI maffless, 3.9 gears

Can anyone advise another cam for me
My ute is weekend driven so lookin for lumpy but heard much good stuff from 224 228 and 228 228 cams as lower power in rev range yet still running good times and driveablity

even a 232 234 stick
