what is the best LSA for an A4 tranny??

what is the best LSA for an A4 tranny?? What LSA is better for an auto 112 or 114 or does it matter. Thunder Racings site says that computer tuning is required for an auto trans. What are they talking about?

an a4 will be easier to tune but a 112 will work. i'd go no lower then that.
