which 224 cam for comp 918's

So my question is which cam would be better for comp 918's the tsp 224xe or the 224r? I know technically the xe cam wouldn't be as harsh but will the 918's handle thr 224r cam with the xer lobes and .581 lift and be able to last a good while? Or maybe i should get the PAC springs with everybodys bad luck with 918's? Thanks.

Dont discount the tr-224 either. I think all these mentioned cams, when set-up properly will be fine for single springs. I would choose PACs though. Their 1518s are good to .650 I believe.
