Default Which heads/cam for the TSP 383 I'm going to build?

So I'm slowly finalizing a stroker build - it's hard to explain why, but suffice to say I've always wanted a 383, so I'm gonna build one

Car is a street car with possible road course time (will shortly have a full strano setup), so goal is mid range power - I want it to be stompy coming out of the corners, vs all peak power. Area under the curve and all that.

Starting with a Texas Speed block:

So far, running the mathematics, looking at the -3cc Wiseco pistons, Lunati rods, ARP Studs, and the base Callie's crank (from what I've heard, they're good for up to 800hp, which I shouldn't be that near).

Heads, I've been looking either at the Trick Flow 215cc heads, or the AFR 215cc heads.

or
http://www.airflowresearch.com/index.php?cPath=76_113 - either should give me a bit of room to grow.

Toss on a ported Fast 92 with the right TB, and we'll be good to go.

Now, by my numbers, estimating piston over deck (since I don't have the exact numbers for that), those + the selected pistons will give me ~11:1 (to 11.5 to 1, don't have the exact numbers handy) SCR with the Felpro gasket.

That's fine, I just need a cam to match that keeps DCR down where it belongs for pump gas (91 octane around here), and works well with either of those heads, and still passes emissions (so not so much on the overlap).

That's where you all come in - despite my best efforts, when I start trying to figure out cam math, there are strange flashes of light and I wake up 4 hours later staring at a computer screen that has somehow started playing bad pop music, with a collection of beer bottles all around me. Odd, eh? Any suggestions for the brain of this build?

I'd like to make at least 450rwhp - anything past that is gravy. Any suggestions for parts to swap in instead of what I have planned is fine - I'm still getting a list together to start buying parts, so nothing except the block is set in stone. Got a great local tuner who will do that part

I use the TFS CNC 215's and a Vinicator cam on my 382 and made 465/410. I think with the TFS CNC 215's and a custom cam for more torque, you would have 450/450. Torque is your friend here.

The vindicator is probably more overlap than I can get away with

Partially because I'm not 100% sold on going with TSP yet (mostly because I might have a local builder I go with instead for the shortblock - I always try to support the local guy if I can), although built to similar specs as the TSP (same pistons/crank most likely).

And, above all, I'm hoping for an answer that I can take and then finally use it to understand how all of this works and goes together

Go with the Trickflow 215cc's and a custom grind cam.
