Any HP gain from stock 5.3 heads on LS1

Any HP gain from stock 5.3 heads on LS1 I have a spare '00 5.3 laying around and I just purchased a 98 formula. I was wondering would I gain any HP by swapping out the heads? Also, if I purchased a 03 zo6 cam would this combo get me 400 whp?

I wouldnt bother unless they are ported/valvejob/bowl work. They will bump your compression up a tad. It would be difficult hitting 400 rwhp with a stock zo6 cam..
