Cathedral port head and l92 piston?

Cathedral port head and l92 piston? Can u put a cathedral port head on top of this piston? Here's a link to the piston, and from what I have been told, the exhaust valve is what has been moved or clearanced or something.

I'm running 243's with ls3 flat top pistons. Comp 54-444-11 cam and I run 1.8 rockers. Trying to figure out now what the biggest cam I can run is. I have some valve drop measurements if that would help you any.
