Default Spun Cam Bearing

So i was taking my cam out to install a larger one and it wouldnt come out... Well come to find out the #2 cam bearing was spun an slid out on the cam. I finally got the cam out after what seemed like forever. It looked like it had been spun for a while but i never had oil pressure issues and it didnt make any noise. I put the old cam in about 4k or 5k miles ago so i dont know if i nicked it and it has been bad for that long or what.

So anyways now im not sure what to do because most likely the block is damaged. Is there any oversized bearings for LS motors? I have heard that the front and rear bearings have a larger OD and people boring the middle 3 out and using the outside bearings for all 5. But chances are that will end up being more expensive then a good used block would be.

Any ideas on where to go from here or any comments would be great.
