Default Can't start car/keep it running

Has a brand new forged motor with heads & cam. Motor hasn't even been broken in yet. It's only been driven short distances and ran decent up until recently. We tuned it slightly using HP Tuners, but didn't have a wideband at the time and could only do so much. Now it's nearly impossible to get it to start, and when it does, it won't stay running. Ideas?

I forgot to mention we just put in new TR55s. I was able to get it started and keep it running enough to get some codes. There were 2 for random and multiple misfires, so I've got somewhere to begin now.

Increase idle airflow, increase idle timing, and decrease idle fueling

Thanks, my buddy will be the one tuning, so I'll make sure he does that.

So we pulled my plugs and found out my LS1 had become a 4-cylinder. The plugs from Bank 1 looked just as they should. The plugs from Bank 2 looked brand new. A fuse blew and only the injectors on Bank 1 were firing... but the motor has such high compression it was running anyway. I was way stoked Also got some basic tuning done. I'll post back when we get the wideband hooked up and give it a real tune.
