Default Excessive valvetrain pressure, Breather or Catch Can?

I have an issue with my LS7 based 427. It will blow out the valve cover gaskets. I know the breather will help me but I didn't know if a catch can solve this issue as well. If yes, which is the better solution. Thanks

Its got nothing to do with valvetrain pressure, i think you mean crankcase pressure. Are you using a pcv system or is it vented.

Are you running a PCV setup or do you just have everything sealed?
