That cam should be a good daily driver and won't give up much/any on the low end but I wouldn't go bigger IMO but the drivability is really in the tune, I didn't even lose 1 mpg with my ss3200 converter with 50/50 city hwy so you should only average about 2mpg less which isn't too bad for a full second or slightly more in the quarter mile.
With a 112 lsa would this cam be maxxing out around 6200rpm?
