Can you swap stock 241 valves into 243 heads? EDIT: I just realized I typed "243" in the thread title. I meant to type "799". DOH!!! Sorry!! Either way, I don't think it matters as they are the same casting.....

Can you take a set of valves from 2001 241 heads and put them into a set of 799 head castings?
Sounds crazy probably. But the reason is that I have a set of bare 799 castings that I'd like to just swap my valves into from my stock 241s just to save some money (rather thank buying new valves).
This is along with a cam swap, so I need to buy the spring kit anyways. I'd just be reusing the stock 241 valves (if they fit).
