What is the best stock cam to swap into a 5.3? I am looking for the best stock cam to run in a 02 LM7 5.3. I think the stock LS6 cam would be great but, they are really hard to find cheap. So, Here is my question, Will the stock cam out out of a 5.7 or 6.0 GTO be an improvement, or the same. Is there a better cam out there from the factory that came stock in these engines? this is a budget build so the cheaper the better. Thanks in advance.

ok so I thought I should post what changes have been made to the motor, LS6 intake and T/B, gto manifolds, and will be in front of a th350 with a 3200 stahl, 3.27 posi. and I will be sparying the living hell out of it.
