Need some info about stock heads My buddy and i are putting a cam in his 01 camaro and we are putting in the new valve springs and noticed that the rockers were hitting the head there are grind marks what is going to with his motor??? All the rockers are good just the heads are scraped up we rotated the motor to see if the rocker are hitting and they come close but dont hit and idea????

Those be factory machining marks. If its a stock engine, don't worry about it, they're made to give the rockers room.
The marks go about 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch down , and stop with a flat spot. you're good.
