Need best injector size for 427 LS motor direct port NOS. Thkg 55. Eagle forged steel 4" crank
Eagle forged steel H-beam rods
Lunatti nitrous pistons (11:1 compression)
LS6 heads (225cc intake/85cc exhaust)
Manley 2.02 intake/1.55 exhaust valves
Custom Crane .651/.658 248/254 113 cam
Harland Sharp 1.8 roller rockers

Bosch green top 42s can handle 640 crank hp @ 60 psi at a nice and safe 80% DC. That would limit the car to about 530 rwhp. Make any more than that then I'd go with the Siemens 60 lb. Since many hot 427s have made well over 530 the 60s would be much safer choice IMHO.

I assume the direct port is wet? In that case it doesn't matter for injector size. With the power you are going to make, 42s are more than likely plenty.
