853's were smoothed out in the inside but not polished. All the runners are still stock size.
241's are extremely clean.
Which one should I use??

If you had to choose one i would say 241s if its a good deal. But i would recommend ported 243s. Those flow really good!

I need a few more opinions. Does it matter that the 241's have 100,000 miles on them?

Internet myth 101:
-241's do not flow any more air than an 853

get a valve job on either head, install new seals and springs.
Solid advice.
