5.3 heads worth it? i can get my hands on some 5.3 heads for about $100..just wondering if they were worth it and what can be done to them for cheap to get some good flow...im a little new to LS1's so all help is appreciated

I was in the same situation as you, but for the same amount it would cost you to get the heads to flow decently you could have just bought some stock 243's. If you want to sink a bit of money into them then they can be made to flow well and make some great power, it all boils down to how much money you want to sink into them.
