Well the winner is .... all the member that said O-ring!!!
It was annoying me that it seems to tick more and more.I took off my passenger valve cover after a full warm up and found some interesting fact.
I can compress my lifters by hand ;
My pushrod are not oily at all,even dry ;
So the old o-ring that seems pretty good isnt good at all and im pumping air in the system.Pump is brand new so i got not choice but to open the front cover and put a brand new o-ring this time...Fun job to do with a corvette(steering rack)
Im a total idiot and i feel that i should have do it correctly the first time...i learn something everyday.
So i order:
-Morel 4708 lifter with new ls2 lifter tray
-New head gasket set with ARP head bolt
-Crank seal,timing cover seal,water pump seal and the damn o-ring
-TSP LS6 stage 2.5 cnc heads with PRC .675 springs(why not i will be there)
Thank you all for your help.

Glad you found the problem (hopefully). I just put in a new pump & o-ring after chasing the damn ticking noise for weeks. After a few trial assemblies with the pump & pickup tube I got the best results from using a lot of grease on the o-ring & tube. I also rotated the pump CCW as far as possible while tightening the retainer bolt. This seems to force the o-ring to seat properly. If you just use the bolt to pull the pickup flange towards the pump the bolt side always wants to land first and it always pinched the o-ring.
