ls6 cam question
 

so i just bought this cam from a guy who owns a 04 z06 number on da cam is 4710 405 7213 i been seein alot of ls6 cam with 5308??

Hello , those part #'s don't match any GM cam that I could find . I would say the best thing to do would be to measure the base circles and the lobes to find out the lift and if it is indeed a GM cam from the base circles . You can tell if it is maybe a re-ground cam sold on e-bay or something . If the base circles are like .100 to .150" smaller than say an LS1 cams base circles then You probably have a re-grind and to use it You would need different length push-rods . I'm not sayin that's what it is , just how to tell . Good luck
