I am looking at an engine that is supposed to be from a 2003 corvette. The block casting number is correct (12561166) and the the intake is correct (12573572) but the heads are 241's.

Would 241's be correct on a 2003 vette (non Z06)?

Will this be a direct bolt in with the 2000 T/A accessories?

This is actually for an LSx project. I already have a LS1 from a T/A. This vette motor is fresher (30k mi.). Also lets me lose the EGR crap (Cali car). I should just need to flash the ECM for year and make (I think).

Yep, same motor, everything swaps over.

some came with ls6 blocks w/ 241s

Look like an LS1 not an LS6. Standard vette, non Z06.

Yup! My engine is an '04 Corvette 350HP base motor, came with 241 heads.
