Default Cam won't come out! help!

My problem is with the cam visible and the cam gear off, I can't get the cam to rotate. I need to rotate the cam so I can move the lifters out of the way.

At first I thought my comp918 springs were putting too much down pressure on the lifters (stock valvetrain geometry, btw) but the lifters should be deflated with the engine off so I don't know what's going on

take the rockers off. pull the pushrods out. then spin the cam. there will still be pressure on the cam even with the engine not running.

Rockers and pushrods need to be removed. Anymore problems let us know. Locking this one down to avoid the potential #2.
