Default Looking into a rebuild but I want to know if i i am doing anything majorly wrong

At the moment i have just an SLP intake lid, Kooks headers, Cherrybomb glasspacks, and K&N air filter. I am looking into these parts...

1. FAST 102mm throttle body
2. FAST 102mm intake manifold
3. AFR heads w/ 64cc chamber .600" lift 84cc exhaust ports 135lbs seat presure
4. MS3 or MS4 cam not sure
5. Double ls2 timing chain
6. LS7 lifters
7. COMP CAMS LS7 magnum push rods
8. COMP CAMS pro magnum roller rocker arms
9. NX fuel pump rates for 700hp
10. FAST 39lb injectors
11. Possibly a monster level 4 clutch

Any opinions are greatly appreciated and i am wondering a hp/tq estimate and if i would need a new rear, clutch, and trans? Is there a cam that would be better than the MS3 or MS4.

I would get a custom cam; or buy the heads & cam from a knowledgeable sponsor such as Vengeance Racing, Thunder Racing, Texas Speed etc. that match the head specs with the cam specs in terms of compression ratio, valve springs, etc.

For timing chain- consider the IWIS from Thunder Racing or LS2 single.

Consider an oll pump upgrade.

Keep the stock rockers and perhaps get the trunion upgrade from Harland Sharp.

Make sure you need that much clutch - the puck style clutch can be tricky on the street.

Nothing tricky about a puk clutch, can be just a little shuddery on take off around town, any half decent driver will get used to giving it a few extra revs to get it going.
Better to have a puk & not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Thanks for the advice i will try and contact texas speed about the heads and cam. Any ideas on RWHP or RWTQ? Will the bottom end handle my goal of 500 rwhp.

If you are going with AFR heads and the FAST 102 talk to Tony Mamo. He knows both of those products very well. Hell he developed the heads and had input on the intake I'm pretty sure.

I think you would be much happier that way.

Yes, the bottom end is designed to handle that.

Level 4 monster when I was in the market was not intended for a lot of street use, the level 3 was a good street clutch and rated for 700 @ the wheels. I had a great time dealing with the guys over @ Vengeance racing building a 383. They know their stuff and would answer my questions with in the same business day.

Thanks for the input. Does anyone think i can reach 500RWHP with these mods. Another thing how loud will this be with glass packs bolted to the LT's with the exhaust ending right under your seat.
