Default Cam swap questions, need a little advice

So I am looking at doing a cam, I was thinking to run the TSP v.3 torquer. I have read the reviews and searched a lot on it and there doesn't seem to be anything negative... so with a swap I have gathered what is mostly needed but don't know about a couple things;

1. Do I need new lifters? and if so which ones? ls7?
2. What length pushrods do I choose?
3. Do I need a new oil pump? (02 z28 stock one now)

Thank you in advance for your comments.

I have run that cam and it was great.

1. No but if your high mileage maybe. Ls7s will work
2. Push rods you should measure but when I first put that cam in my car I did not I used 7.4 but 7.425 wouldn't be bad. Ask TSP
3. YES FOR SURE.

You don't "need" heads but a good CNC OEM set would get you 20+ more.

If you have high mile lifters replace them and get trays too..

I would do an oil pump since you are there but not mandatory. I would highly consider dropping $40 on an LS2 chain too...

Measure for PR length but if no mill 7.4 is my guess but sometimes 7.425 can be a little quieter depending on build tolerances.
