Just do a custom cam like this: 227(.614")/227(.614") 110 lsa +3 with CompCams LSL lobes(7* overlap). At .200" lift it's like a 230/230 XER lobe cam, so you can still benefit from using these lobes over the XER lobes even if your heads can't flow great above .600" valve lift. For a power band a little closer to what you want go with a 223/227 110lsa +3 w/LSL lobes (w/5* 0verlap), which will still have a very nice cam sound.

The LSL lobes aren't any noisier than the XE-R lobes, at least the ones I've heard.
You don't have to run dual springs, you could run PAC 1518(good for .650" lift).
A lot of people run duals just for the added margin of safety . Just make sure you set the spring height at 1.8" w/PAC1518s.
BTW, supposedly the quietest cams are those with the EPS
lobes.
