Default Possible oil pump swap ls3

Just looking for some advice before i swap oil pumps. I have a texas speed built 416 with a supercharger and a ported ls6 pump on it. Once warm i have issues with oil pressure at idle. using 20/50 Mobil 1 synthetic oil at 240f I have approx 15lbs oil pressure at idle. It could be the oring as i have yet to check that but want to swap the pump anyways just in case. The plan is to pull the front cover and change the pump with the motor in the car.

What would/ should i put in for an oil pump? My theory is that the higher the volume the pump the better chance i have to build pressure at idle due to restriction in the engine? Am i thinking on the right track.

I dont think the mains are set up that loose and that it is probably just the o ring but i want to change to the best pump i can hoping it will solve my issue. I feel 15 psi is just too low.

Any input is appreciated.

You're engine is running at 240deg fahr ? If it is , I would fix whatever is wrong and get it back to 195deg before anything else . That will help You're oil pressure . You will still probably want the pump upgrade but 240 is on the verge of warping and cracking the heads .
