Milling 243's

I just sent my 243's to the machine shop to be ported and i am also wanting to have them milled, but i don't really know how much??? The heads will be going on my LS1 when i do my cam swap(F11 or F13). Thanks ahead of time for the help.

I guess I'll recomend .020", but I've gone a total of over .040" on mine with no problems
