boring 5.3 block

can a 5.3 block be bored to a 3.90 bore and acept everything from an ls1 motor?

Is 3.90 the largest it can be bored? What is the limit for a NA motor?

3.910 is the largest bore, with a 4.125 stroke will be a 396.

I believe it's 3.895 or 3.90

3.988-3.989 is the stock ls1 bore.
