patriot gold dual springs hey guys just bought some spring. and now i need retainers. very unsure if i can use the oem retainers. im using the spring on my stock 5.3 862 heads. i need help guys

sorry should have been more specific.. i bought them from a user on here. and it only comes with spring.. i was under the impression that i could my oem stuff. he told me the retainers was the only thing i need and that i could find them cheap
