So right now my plan for the LS1 shortblock is a referbish with ARP rod bolts, head bolts, damper bolt, and flywheel bolts. I will send it over to the machine shop to have it re-bearinged, re-ringed, and have the head stud threads that are damaged repaired.

I also have a set of Patriot heads I was going to sell, but the buyer has seemed to disappeared. I may use them with this built. They are 5.3s and I don't remember the CC, but will unbag them this weekend.

Digging up an older thread... Well... I didnt build the LS... I ended up with a full build with Callies Crank/rods, SRP pistons, Bullet Racing Cam, L92 heads, drysump from AC Nutter, and FAST XFi/XIM, and a host of other goodies... It is coming together pretty well!
