Default what do you consider a high lift cam?

When I got my G5 cam a few years ago, people considered it high lift (.581/.570), I have had no issues for 2 years with 918 springs, titanium retainers and hardened pushrods ..

Since those 2 years alot has happened with valvetrain etc ... what would you consider high lift now and why?

Anything above .580" or so.

Why? .580" lift is quite a bit for most springs especially considering the ramp rates most people use. Most ported heads are very turbulent above .550", so going sky high serves no real purpose other than placing additional stress on the spring.
