Ls1 reads 0psi on All 8 cylinders

Ls1 reads 0psi on All 8 cylinders
I'm trying to diagnose why all 8 cylinders read 0psi. Motor was running did a wcch 243 head swap and now nothing. Head gaskets valves ?? Anyone's thoughts? Help!!!

If the cam was out, or timing chain off, maybe you have the timing off causing the valves to hang open. Either that or too long of pushrods. I would get a pushrod length checker anyway its a nice tool to have around at $20. Also if you had too long of pushrods, the lifters are probably bled out like someone mentioned above from being turned essentially into a solid lifter. If it was me, I'de pull the heads and re-soak the lifters in oil again before firing the motor up with the right pushrods.

i would guess the motor has been cranked atleast 40 times to try to start should that be substantal enough to recenter the lifters?
