TFS Head spring work on stock casting 241's?

I got a set of TFS springs/retainers and was wondering if I can just use these on my stock heads when I do my cam swap?

If the springs are duals you will need to change the spring seats/locaters
and valve seals...also double check the installed height to make sure the
springs are set up properly for pressures.
