Default 6.0 216 crank in a ls1 5.7 ?

looking to build another short block, but my original 5.7 crank spun a bearing and has already been cut down to .030 so she good as scrap to me, so i can get my hands on a 6.0 216 crank the same part number as a 5.7 ls1 cranks but how would i go about installing it in the 5.7 with aftermarket rods and pistons, do i just need to bring my rod and pistons ''assembled'' to my machine shop to have the 6.0 crank balanced for them? and is there any weight difference between the 6.0 and 5.7 cranks, i kno the 5.7 is gun drilled. any info is apprciated thanks matt

It'll have to be rebalanced with the aftermarket stuff you have. Take the crank, all rods & pistons, a single rod bearing and a single ring set for balancing.
