problems, fuel/tune maybe?

I bought a 2002 WS6 from a guy on here, 19blackbird99, back in june of last year. The car was putting 463/4.. with cam stock injectors and stock heads. Now the car 42 lb injectoers, ls6 stage 3 heads, and racetranics fuel pump and I was told the car was tuned. Well i had the car on a dyno last weekend and only made 402/378, and was really rich(8) until 3000 rpms and then went to the lean side(15.5). The car has a random misfire when it is idols, and breaks up in low rmps. It keeps throwing a check engine light with codes p0704, p0131, p1153, p1133 and only every once inwhile p0300. I think the car was never tuned properly after everything was put on, and/or the timing is off. I've check the plugs. This weekend I'm going to do a compression test, check the votage on the fuel pump, and change out the fuel filter. I want to get it retuned asap if theres nothing wrong with the engine.

Anyone have any ideas to throw at me?

Get it re-tuned by a good shop. 8.0 AFR then going to 15.5 while at WOT seems like a horrible tune.

Thats what I was thinking. I would think that with the fuel upgrades it wouldn't be lean. Is there anything you recommand that I look at before I get the tune done

Dont you need to retune for bigger injectors?? maybe thats why its running rich...
