Default PAC 1519 springs in stock LS6 ok?

So I ordered PAC 1518 springs as a replacement in my 100% stock 2002 Z06. I figured I would install new valve springs for piece of mind after reading about all these failures.

I ordered the springs through Speed INC but they sent me PAC 1519 springs because they were sold out of the 1518's. Speed INC said they would still work fine but i'd like to get some more input.

Here is what Speed INC says

"we were out of stock on the 1518's at the time, and didn't want to hold up the order. The 1519's are a slightly upgraded spring over the 1518. The spring has a little higher spring rate, which will give more stability at higher RPM and give you more longevity. It would be pointless to swap them for the 1518's, and only hold up your build."

What do you all think? Will I be ok to run these in my 100% stock C5 z06? The extra seat pressure has me a little worried. I don't want anything too aggressive on the valvetrain.

run em. beehives are very easy on the valve train due to the stacking nature of the spring, and the way the rate ramps up.

Dietcoke is on the money...You will be fine and will have a headroom for a cam under .600 lift down the road. I would probably go ahead and drop in new pushrods as well, though not absolutely necessary.

Good to know since I might be going with a small blower cam down the road.
