Default Ls1 cam sensor low voltage annoying thing

02 ta ls1 getting cam sensor low voltage code hard starts or no start with backfires usually starts 3rd try, tach randomly drops off line while driving. Any ideas.
Replaced the cps already
There diddent seem to be any physical damage to the old one,
Connector looked fine to me
Daily driver and its driving me crazy also gas mileage is unworldly bad
My o2 s are shot right now and also throwing code but they don't come into play until the car has been running correct?
Also throwing code for the AIR **** that I recently ripped out that a factor?

Please help really want to nail down the problem tonight I look like a real jackass trying to start my car 3 times at 430 am when I leave for work, and my neighbors prolly don't like the backfires that early as well

I don't know if this helps but my car had a similar problem. After replacing the cam sensor my car was still backfiring, had codes, was hard starting & shutting of at 70 mph. It turned out to be the wiring behind the sensor going to the harness. Either it rubbed up against the body or I think a mouse chewed on it. All good since then. Good luck guys.
