Default 317 head decking and cam choice for a carb'd 4.8 nitrous build

Im putting together a little motor i have laying around and would love a little help in desideing what cam to run alo with how much to take off the heads.

motors a 4.8 i have laying around with 317 heads on it and ls9 gaskets and headstuds. motor was orginally turbocharged but has been pulled out. Now the plan is to through on a victor jr/carb, deck the heads for higher comp and toss in a cam along with a 200 huff of gas on e85. question is what cam/and amount to take off the heads is recommended. i was planning on wacking off .030/.035 but also want to run a larger lift cam with out having to worry about ptv clearance.

So thoughts on what cam, and how much to wack?
