Default extremly low oil pressure/ no oil pressure

hey hows it going, so after checking if my o-ring on my pick up tube was pinched, looked at it, it was good, but i still took off the oil pump took it back and got another one just to remove them from the equation. what i just did was removed the transmission. and also the rear cover oil came out from there and i can see the crank. one of my friends said theres suppose to be a plug there is this true? if so the max amount of time i ran the car was about an hour with about 3 pounds of oil pressure. should i take my built back to the machine shop and make them check that the bearings and such didnt get ruin? anything will help thanks. i believe where im putting the arrow at is where he said it belonged

I can't speak for the picture with the black arrow pointing, but where the red arrow is pointing should definitely have a barbell plug in it. That will cause no/severely low oil pressure.

Barbell is missing. If it ran that long the bearings are probably toast.

I dont think I would take anything back to that machine shop, thats a pretty big mistake. Enough to make you question the entire build. And what's with all that RTV, you just need a small amount on the corners. I think your bearings are probably ok though, im sure they have a shortened lifespan though. But apparently you didn't prime your oil system or you would have found this issue prior to even cranking it. I still have no idea why people spend all the time and money and dont get a oil pump primer.

Black arrow: no plug needed
Red arrow: barbell plug is missing

Bearings are probably hurt/worn, especially if the car was driven. If it just sat and idled, it might not be as bad. Either way, a closer look at the bearings is needed.

Where would I be able to buy that plug at? I never actually drove the car just turned it on to eliminate oil pressure sensor, oil pump, pick up tube o ring as the issue. But I did rev it up to 3000k and got a psi of bout 30

The dealerships would have it.

Pull the filter, cut it open, and look for bearing material. If its clean, I'd run it but periodically check the filter.

Yeah, I got one and it was reassuring to see oil flowing from the rocker arms, had instant oil pressure when I finally got it in the car and fired it up for the first time. No waiting on the rattling lifters to pump up.
