Default 5.3 Valve Springs and Rockers

Well, my 5.3 has 297k miles on it now and I'm thinking its about time to replace a few things, starting with a set of springs and rockers.

Any suggestions??

LS2, LS6, Comp Cams, Crane, TSP?? Not sure which would be best as the internals are all stock.
