How often will I have to replace valve springs
How often will I have to replace valve springs I am thinking about going with an 224/563/112 or a 230/575/111 w Harland Sharp Non adj and a dual spring of some sort. How often will I have to adj or replace valve springs on a cam that size.
Also my car has 43k on it. Should I replace the lifters while im in there? I plan on doing the oil pump but I have heard that the lifters should be ok.
Any ideas?

Do you plan on racing alot? I would personnally say with the lift on your cam you could easily be able to run a couple of years with them on. By the way, Texas Speed is a awesome group to order from... 
Yeah I know that high RPM use is what determines the life of a high lift spring, but there is really no way to trak any of that. I just dont want to be replacing springs every year. I only go to the track once in a while and put about 8k on the car a year. I think Some rev doubles shoudl give me 40k (I hope).
