Default Any independent flow bench numbers on Dart 215's?

Searched & found varying dyno comparisons & opinions. Any independent flow bench numbers (not from the Dart 215 heads manufacturer)?

I haven't seen any 215s . Do you mean the 205s or 225's?

Well, I thought I meant 215's, but, guess not. Didn't realize their 215's are for 350 not ls1. So, yah, independent flow numbers on Dart 205's would be our next choice.

I remember seeing a comparison between the Dart 205 and the PRC 5.3 head. All I remember is the concensus was the 5.3 head was a little better overall

It's possible I may have some flow data from many years ago (2005)?? on one of my flash drives. (Will try to locate)

These were the 205's when Dart was Dart!

We flowed them prior to hand porting and after. To my recollection as stock they flowed similar in stock form to a stock 243.The intake side with better flow from >.400. The exhaust side was better from >.200.

My buddy was very impressed with the chamber design and the standard production valve job. (Seats were very nice) We saw the same craftsmanship on a set of Dart pro 1 BBC heads that were on my 454ss pickup. (Hence my above statement about Dart was Dart.

Don't hold me to it but will try, and locate that old scanned datasheet.

I bought a set of as cast Dart 205's from Texas Speed when they first came out. At the time, TSP had flow tested the heads I bought and posted the results. Might turn up in a search but you could also contact them about the flow numbers. I was working with Jason at the time and they flowed the heads themselves and the results were lower than Dart's numbers. I have e-mails with Jason about this. This was in November/December 2005.

Found an old thread here: Dart Intake Flow Numbers from TSP

I have dart 225 heads being flowed before and after a valve job right now. Some one tweak on the short turn so I'm not sure if they better or worse than stock.
I will post the results when i get them

That also explains why i didn't find much through search for independant 215 Dart flow numbers; they don't exist for ls1. The info on 205's doesn'appear to be anything to be excited about. Maybe we'll pick up another gently used set of AFR's.

Wouldn't say that.....

In 2005 my first Z06 made 440/400 on a conservative dynojet.
That car was a custom small cam, 205 darts, 1 3/4 LG'S through stock titanium rear.

It's not all about flow.

Tell me more about what your trying to accomplish.

There's a red SS on YouTube that has several vids. He's running the 205's with a big cam, fast intake and 4.10 gears. It runs damn good for what it is. I'll see if I can find it here in a few

Yah, for me it's about flow. It's for one of our back up engines. Want to get close to our in car engine of which uses Mamofied AFR 2O5's. We have a good understanding of where we need the head flow to be.

Will look on Monday for my old datasheets.

Take a look at the flow data on Advanced Induction website. That may help.
