Default Rocker torque/sequence for BTR .600 double springs

I'm taking my time doing my first cam swap and need some advice. I read that using aftermarket springs [may] require different torque and/or torque sequence. I completely understand the specs for stock springs, but do any of you have solid advice for me?
Here's the cam and spring specs:

If using stock rockers, then the stock service manual method of tightening rockers is fine (not the LS1howto.com method). The service manual simply ensures those rockers being tightened have their lifters on the base circle. Only issue might be a long duration cam where some lifters may actually be opening/closing the valve with the GM procedure.

If using an aftermarket rocker, then the GM procedure may not apply if the rockers are tied together is sets of two.
