Default Buying a 2001 Z28 with SES PO332?

I'm considering buying a 1 owner 01' Z28 that had the engine rebuilt at 38k(only has 41k now). The engine apparently had coolant leak into the oil and seized, also broke the starter mount so it has a starter bridge. Took it for a test drive and the PO332 code popped up on it after a couple miles. Seemed to run good other than that.

I found videos on replacing the knock sensors and it seems manageable. Kind of worried that it might be a lemon though. Just wondering what some others thought about the situation?

Depends on price and condition. If the only issue with the car is it needs knock sensors replaced thats not a big deal at all. My concern would be the block, and they repair work they did.

He's asking $7900 but is flexible, everything else looks to be in excellent shape. Said the work was done by a local shop that has a good rep

For the mileage $7900 seems very reasonable. Especially if the rest of the car is in excellent shape.
